On December 15, 2021, Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has been added to the Nasdaq Biotechnology Index as part of the Nasdaq’s annual reconstitution process. The addition will become effective prior to market open on Monday, December 20, 2021. A copy of the press release which discusses this matter is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.01, and incorporated herein by reference.
