On June 21, 2016, Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. issued a press release announcing the closing of its public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock. The shares were sold at a public offering price of $2.00 per share, less underwriting discounts. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.01 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
