Tonix Pharmaceuticals to Present at the 2016 BIO International Convention
NEW YORK, June 03, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:TNXP) (Tonix), which is developing next-generation medicines for fibromyalgia and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), announced today that Seth Lederman, M.D., president and chief executive officer of Tonix will present at the 2016 BIO International Convention on Tuesday, June 7th, 2016 at 3:15 p.m. PT in San Francisco, CA.
During his presentation, Dr. Lederman will provide a corporate update and an overview of Tonix’s fibromyalgia and PTSD clinical programs. Tonix is currently evaluating TNX-102 SL in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 12-week Phase 3 AFFIRM clinical trial in fibromyalgia and expects to report top-line data in the third quarter of 2016. The Company recently announced positive data from its randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 AtEase clinical trial evaluating TNX-102 SL in military-related PTSD, and Dr. Lederman will discuss expected next steps for this program.
