NOTE 5 – STOCK WARRANTS The following table summarizes information with respect to outstanding warrants to purchase common stock of the Company at September 30, 2014:
During the nine months ended September 30, 2014, the Company issued an aggregate of 1,260,734 shares of its common stock upon the exercise of warrants at $4.25 per share. In August 2014, the Company issued 33,678 shares of its common stock upon the exercise of 48,240 warrants exercisable at $4.25 per share on a cashless basis. |
