NOTE 1 – BUSINESS
Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp., through its wholly owned subsidiary Tonix Pharmaceuticals, Inc., or Tonix Sub, is a pharmaceutical company dedicated to the identification and development of novel pharmaceutical products for common yet challenging medical disorders. The consolidated financial statements include the accounts of Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Tonix Sub, Krele LLC, Tonix Pharmaceuticals (Canada), Inc., and Tonix Pharmaceuticals (Barbados), Ltd. (collectively hereafter referred to as the “Company” or “Tonix”). |
